Sergio Puccini was born in Rosario, Argentina, in 1958. He started his musical training at the age of ten with S. Grande Castelli (jazz guitar and harmony), Dante Grela (harmony and composition) and Juan Di Lorenzo (classical guitar). He also studied at the School of Music of the UNR (Universidad Nacional de Rosario) where he took part in a Guitar Quartet.
